This job is for 20 hours per week.
We're looking for a Service Delivery Officer to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our services. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our operations, supporting both internal teams and our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring the flying programme and escalating service impacts.
- Managing and verifying operational data for reporting and billing.
- Preparing and publishing weekly/monthly reports and trend analyses.
- Chairing the Weekly Joint Service Delivery Meeting.
- Supporting the Service Credit Regime and assisting with NCI and Enhanced Performance reports.
- Managing the FOps Metrics system and responding to data-related queries.
- Supporting NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) actions for ATr aircraft.
- Deputising for the Service Delivery Governance Manager during absences.
- Ensuring compliance with audit requirements and contributing to continuous improvement.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Confident in presenting data and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experienced in working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ideally familiar with airline operations and terminology.
