An award-winning environmental services business that has built a solid reputation within their marketplace. Recent investment has allowed for expansion plans and they are now recruiting 3 new roles to join their busy and vibrant customer service team.
What will you do
- Handling incoming calls from customer regarding ETA's, up to 200 calls per day
- Inputting any customer prices
- Managing CRM
- Handle and complains and queries
- Quoting standard price tariffs over the phone
- Filtering sales calls
- Assisting with quotes covering holidays and sickness
What will you need
- Experience working in a fast-paced call centre
- Must have experience within logistics or waste management
- Confident to speak to do quotes covering busy and holidays
- Happy to be onsite 5 days a week
- Driver due to location
- Proficient in Word and Excel
