Kitchen Sales Designer - (Experienced Showroom Sales)
Salary/Bonus: TBC subject to experience up to £34,000 + uncapped commission.

A fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing business with a great reputation and quality product. Our client design, supply and install a broad range of kitchens for both retail and trade clients. They are currently seeking an experienced, talented and self-motivated kitchen designer to join their showroom sales team, based in Dorking.
The candidate must be a self-motivated, highly efficient, sales minded professional with a passion for delivering first class customer service. The successful candidate will have the confidence, experience and industry knowhow to retain personal ownership of their own kitchen projects. Hosting initial consultations with potential clients, managing on-site surveys, following up with timely calls, and delivering well-presented designs. All the while influencing positive outcomes with expert advice, impressive pace and impeccable service. You must come from within the industry, and preferably have previous experience of using our chosen CAD package 'Compusoft Winner'. This would be an advantage, but not a necessity for the right candidate, as full training will be provided for any applicants who demonstrate the right behaviours to succeed in this role.
Required skills for Kitchen Designer:
- Kitchen Design / Sales experience: 2 years minimum (bathroom design
experience is also advantageous)
- Must have a passion for delivering sales & exceeding sales targets.
- Driving License + Own car
- Experienced Cad Operator (Compusoft Winner preferable)
- Reliable, confident, with a genuine passion for delivering excellence
- Well presented, professional appearance
- Excellent communications skills
- Building / Maintaining good relations with our client base, supply partners, and
installers
- Excellent administration skills essential (Purchase Order Administration)
- Hours of work: Full Time to include regular Saturdays (Flexible arrangements can
be agreed for the right candidate)
