My client, a rapidly expanding legal aid firm specializing in Family and Care law, is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join their team based in Liveprool. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in providing exceptional legal services while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a personal caseload focusing on Non-Molestation Orders (NMOs), Prohibited Steps Orders (PSOs), and Occupation Orders (OOOs) for legal aid clients.
- Conduct advocacy and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Instruct counsel, agents, and experts as necessary for cases.
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all court orders.
- Provide clear and comprehensive advice to clients, guiding them through the legal process from start to finish.
Person Specification:
- Qualified and experienced lawyer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) with accreditation in Children Law or Family Law from the Law Society.
- Proven track record of managing caseloads within Public Children Matters.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ambitious professional committed to personal growth and development.
