Finance Business Partner to £90,000 plus bonus plus package London

The Finance business partner role is responsible for all Group managing reporting, providing useful information to the Executive team to support the growth and margin delivery of the business, and business partnering with the Exco team and their direct reports within the business.

Main Responsibilities of the Finance business partner:

Responsible for all group management reporting

Responsible for providing business information as required to the Group

Responsible for preparing and explaining Flash reporting, leading meeting with Key business leaders

Responsible for investigating and explaining movements in Gross Margin

Business partnering with the relevant business units, sales & production heads, as required

Assisting with the year end and half year end process as required

Assisting with the annual budget / annual forecast as required

Ad-Hoc reporting and responsibility for analysis & improvement projects

Recommendations to management for decision making purposes

Continually looking to improve systems and processes across finance

Payroll & HR analysis as required

  • University degree holder
  • Qualified ACA or CIMA accountant - Few years PQE
  • Strong grasp of the mechanics of Management reporting and Group consolidations
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and take actions that improve the bottom line
  • Previous experience of operating in a manufacturing, construction or broader industrial environment
  • Ability to work with all levels and areas of the organisation, from the Group CEO to plant operations
  • Up to date technical knowledge of IFRS - able to understand the impact of technical issues on reported Group performance
  • IT literate and ideally experienced on SAP Business One
  • Advanced Excel skills a must to be efficient in report generation
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Past experience in a listed company environment and international exposure - advantageous
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written and ability to work and interact with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a continuously evolving environment.
