Role: Remote Financial Support Service
Hours: 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
Salary: £12.59 per hour
Experience Required:
- Experience of working in a Financial Services environment.
- Experience of working to and meeting strict deadlines.
- Previous local government experience using authority based systems.
- Experience in customer services.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in decision-making and handling complex information.
- Can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently or as a team.
- Customer-focused approach.
