They are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in promoting their attraction, driving visitor engagement and enhancing their brand presence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with their audience. This includes using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, creating email marketing campaigns and any design work that would be needed for them.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase footfall, ticket sales, and membership subscriptions
- Manage digital channels (website, social media, email marketing) to communicate upcoming events, special offers and historical insights
- Collaborate with other team members to create visually appealing promotional materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and visitor preferences
- Coordinate and design all adverts for advertising campaigns, both online and offline
- Take photos/create videos to use for marketing and literature purposes
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
- Cultivate relationships with local businesses, tourism boards and community partners
- Organise promotional events, workshops and themed experiences
- Ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the leisure, tourism, or heritage sector
- Strong communication skills and a creative mindset
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, especially Adobe Creative Suite
- Passion for preserving history and engaging audiences
