To ensure Production (teams, systems &methods) understand & deliver all short, mid and long-term business requirements for EHS, Customer and Cost.
To build a capable and engaged team with development and succession plans that meet today's + 8-week business needs. Deliver all functional QEHS, Customer & Cost KPIs in line with business needs *exceeding prior yr. performance. Create & deliver rolling 8wk strategy & execution plans for functional areas (aligned to business & investment strategies)
