Sellick partnership are currently assisting a large and ever-growing social housing organisation on an ongoing temporary basis.

The Administrator will assist the recruitment team in their compliance and onboarding process. Supporting with all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.

Duties of the Administrator:

  • Support all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle
  • To manage adverts if required, to support the wider team
  • Monitor and manage all stages of the onboarding, preparing offer letters and contracts within 24 hours
  • Provide updates to leaders about progress of candidates through onboarding
  • Manage and prepare all new employee paperwork
  • Ensure all candidates have an amazing onboarding experience
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support for the learning and development team
  • Update apprenticeship records etc
  • Provide support on the LMS system

Requirements of the Administrator:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Experience of working in a People Admin function is desirable
