The HR Policy Specialist Opportunity:

We are a fast-growing company doing amazing things in the IT Security & infrastructure Space.

As HR Policy Specialist, you will bring together the collective knowledge of the founding leaders of the our People function to establish a common working framework across the business to set the business up for success in the future. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to formalise the 'way we do things around here' with a people focused mindset.

You will be responsible for producing and publishing policies and processes for the People function, the colleague population and for people leaders that builds consistency, understanding and transparency.

Your Day to Day in this role includes:

+ Setting up and leading working groups, collaborating with stakeholders to define policies
+ Leveraging your knowledge of legislation to seek agreement on core principles
+ Designing and developing policies and supporting procedures in engaging language, accessible to all, including those with English as a second language
+ Work with Internal Comms to house and socialise new documentation
+ Taking charge of your own growth by driving personal development

You'll be ideal for this role if you:

+ Able to write policies with a global perspective
+ Experience in crafting engaging HR policies or internal-facing documents
+ Previous experience and expertise in process mapping
+ Demonstrated up-to-date knowledge of employment law (working knowledge of another country's employment law is advantageous)
+ Able to manage multiple stakeholders, facilitating effective and timely decision-making
+ Highly organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
+ Able to grasp complex ideas and change direction quickly in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
