Mechanical Engineer – Bognor Regis – £40K-£45K
Futures Recruitment Services Ltd are currently searching for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with experience in a Manufacturing / Construction / Engineering background with particular experience skills in Mechanical engineering.
The successful Mechanical Engineer candidate must have the following skills and experiences:
- Experience of Mechanical Engineering Engineer (essential)
- Experience from a Manufacturing / Construction / Engineering background (essential)
- Management or supervisory experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills along with problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Strategic thinking skills and the ability to act decisively when needed
The successful Mechanical Engineer candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage the engineering functions for the product range
- Provide technical support and resources on existing products
- On the New Product Introduction NPI process
- Prioritise improvements & resolve issues
- Manage and allocate resources, working with other teams
- Develop customer relations, developing satisfaction & product longevity
