The Role
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment.
- Analyse drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain industry knowledge of materials and methods.
- Present estimates professionally to clients.
- Assist in tender submissions and track project costs.

The Candidate
- Proven experience as a Structural or Architectural Steel Estimator.
- Strong knowledge of structural/architectural steel and construction methods.
- Proficient in estimation software and MS Office.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or construction management.
