An IT company based in Oxfordshire if currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner for an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

They are highly flexible and offer a hybrid working arrangement of 1 – 2 days a week on site.
You would be reporting to the finance director and working closely and supporting the Senior Finance Business Partner.
The ideal candidate would be CCAB part qualified at least with some business partnering experience. You would be self-driven, have a proactive approach and a passion for learning.
Responsibilities include:
Monthly reporting packs
- Produce and review monthly reporting.
- P&L reviews with FD & India
- Balanced Scorecard
- Monthly Budget Holder performance reviews, i.e. cost centre reviews.
Costs – Monthly review with Cost centre managers
- To include capturing and reviewing key KPI's
Lead & carry out monthly Forecasting and annual budgeting
- Liaise with India and other FBP's to enhance models to FBP/cost centre manager specification
- Enable monthly reviews with cost centre/functional cost owners to review actuals and to forecast cost requirements
Proposition support
- Support the propositions team in producing investment business cases including ROI evaluation
- Enable a reporting and review framework to review on-going investment projects
