Nusery Teacher

Role Overview:

As a Nursery Teacher, you will create a warm and engaging classroom environment that supports the developmental needs of children aged 3-5. You will design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional and cognitive growth, while building strong relationships with children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a range of educational activities and experiences that meet the developmental needs of each child.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
  • Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive learning community.
  • Ensure a safe and hygienic classroom environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop individualized learning plans and adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent).
  • 6 months experience working in UK Reception/Nursery School.
  • Enhanced DBS on update Service(desirable).
  • Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early childhood setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
