My client, one of the North West's largest private transport agencies, is seeking a professional Client Engagement Officer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.
The organisation have offices in Liverpool, Warrington and Chester. You could work from any office close to home.
Your new role
The position is being offered full time Monday to Friday with working hours from 09.00am - 17.00pm.
This is an office and field based role, so you will be expected to visit all major new and existing clients to build strong working relationships and develop business.
You will also be involved in attending corporate events again to bring the clients' brand to life and develop business opportunities.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to You will be tasked with developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow both the B2B and B2C markets.Providing first class customer service for both internal and external customers
Attending events and off-site meetings
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to attract new customers and retain the existing client base
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences and competitor activities
Identify new business opportunities through calling, networking and other business development strategies
Attend industry events to keep abreast of new technology to continue to automate and improve
