What will you do?
Manage a broad private client caseload to include:
- Estate Planning and Wills (including Inheritance Tax mitigation & Trusts), Estate Administration, elderly client services, Lasting Powers of Attorney and basic Court of Protection work
- Inherit a caseload
- If appropriate, advise on complex and high net worth matters
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive
- Private client experience
- Ideally at least 2 years' PQE
- Those without a STEP qualification are encouraged to apply, as this is not essential at all
