About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) teacher, specialising in Spanish and/or French, to join our client school in Redhill, Surrey. This is a full-time, temporary position starting on 2nd September, with the initial contract for one term and the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality MFL instruction to students from Key Stage 3 (KS3) to Key Stage 4 (KS4). This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a large, mixed secondary school renowned for its inclusive culture and dedication to academic achievement.
Role Expectations:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective Spanish and/or French lessons to students in KS3 and KS4
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the MFL curriculum
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities
- Adhere to the school's policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive learning environment
