What does the Recruitment team do?

Our recruitment team are responsible for hiring the right calibre of candidates globally, we do this by sourcing, identifying, assessing and interviewing talented candidates to fill open positions within Randox. These roles can range from our R&D teams to Manufacturing, Sales and Operational staff.

Location: Randox Science Park, 30 Randalstown Road, Antrim, BT41 4LF

Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. 8:40am - 5:20pm.

What does the role involve?

This role is tasked with undertaking general administration, supporting our wider recruitment team.

  • General recruitment administration such as: job posting, interview scheduling, updating CRM.
  • General assisting with smooth and efficient administration of the recruitment team.
  • Adding CVs and other candidate details to our internal CRM.
  • Creating interview pack for Managers ahead of interviews.
  • Communication of correct stages to candidates (Invitation to interviews, declines, rejections etc)
  • Providing administrative support for recruitment campaigns.
  • Maintaining confidentiality on all HR and Recruitment issues.

Full on the job training will be provided on our processes.

Who can apply?

This role would suit someone with Administration experience from any sector, but we are also open to candidates who can demonstrate good attention to detail.

Other Essential criteria:

  • Administration experience preferred (see above).
  • Good telephone and email communications skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs: Word, Excel etc.
  • Working accurately under pressure.
  • Eligibility to work within the UK

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of recruitment process would be beneficial.
