Our client is a boutique bridging lender based in South Manchester
Business success has led to a need for three additional Underwriters to grow with the business.
What you need to bring:
Experience within an asset-based lending environment
Willingness to learn bridging functions within underwriting
Commitment and drive to succeed
What you will be doing:
- Assessing the risk attributed to the application and decide based on this
- Building successful working relationships with third parties such as solicitors and valuers
- Understanding and assessing the relevant supporting documentation such as credit reports, valuation reports and financial statements
- Monitoring and reporting fraudulent activity
- Underwriting approved bridging loan applications
What you can expect:
- Salary - £40k
- WFH flexibility - 2 from home 3 in the office.
