Interim Senior Finance Business Partner
with exceptional
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
skills to join a dynamic finance team on an interim basis. This is a key role within the company, providing critical financial insights and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead finance partner to senior management, providing financial expertise and insight to support decision-making across the business.
- Support the end-to-end FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and deliver financial models and scenario planning to support business growth and cost optimisation initiatives.
- Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicating findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key financial metrics and business objectives.
- Support the preparation of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial information.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Skills & Experience Required:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong track record in a similar role.
- Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within a large, complex organisation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong business partnering experience, with a demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting, with advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
