In this role you will be leading and growing the tax team to ensure a high quality service to your clients, bringing in and growing the client base, collaborate closely with the business while leading your team, overseeing client engagements with your diverse range of clients with turnovers from £30 million to £100 million?
The ideal candidate is in practice working in corporate tax and wants to grow their career, further enhance and grow the tax team, clients and function to be able to step into a Tax Partner position within the next 5 years.
The Role:
- Leading and managing tax client engagements
- Building and developing existing and new relationships with clients
- Oversee tax team performance and delivery
- Training of tax staff
The Person:
- Tax Advisory and Tax Compliance in practice
- ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA Qualified or part qualified or qualified by experience
- Team Management
- Commutable to Dartford
