Mechanical Estimator required for our client, a well-known and respected HVAC contractor with the majority of their accounts operating within the commercial sector including restaurants, hotels and leisure centres, but also clients operating sites within healthcare, industrial or education settings
Mechanical Estimator Position Remuneration
- Basic Salary £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
- Car Allowance of £4,740 per annum
- Annual bonus targeted on works estimated on, compliance, and delivery of estimates time
- Employee-owned trust profit sharing scheme, increases with time served
- Pension

The successful Mechanical Estimator will be working alongside our clients existing customer base, dealing with remedial works estimates for a range of HVAC equipment ranging from £50k to £2m in value. The Mechanical Estimator will be working 2/3 days on client sites and from home, and 2 days from the office.
They have a nationwide presence, with regional offices throughout the UK supporting over 130 employees, generating a turnover in excess of £20M. They offer installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment, predominately air conditioning, chillers, AHU's, ventilation and commercial heating.

Mechanical Estimator Position Requirements
- Strong background within HVAC & Mechanical Project Management / Estimating, with a clear understanding of Cooling equipment including Air Conditioning, Chillers, AHU's, Ventilation, and Commercial Heating
- Mechanical estimating background, with previous experience estimating on a range of remedial works within the commercial HVAC sector
- Strong client communication background, with previous experience liaising directly with commercial clients, providing quotes, and handing over to projects teams
- Based within Kent, or within a commutable distance of Central London (two office locations available for this position)
- Full UK driving licence holder
