Job Title: Member and Customer Development Executive
Salary: £25,000
Location: Stevenage
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week - 9:00 till 17:00 with an hour for lunch
We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious individual who is eager to secure a career within a sales-based role. Our client will also consider candidates with limited experience so this role would also suit graduates who are eager to learn and passionate.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proactive and works well on own initiative
- Working in a fast-paced environment and part of a team'#
- Competent with MS Packages
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pro-actively engage with potential and existing customers, via calls and emails.
- Identifying customer needs and presenting them with suitable products / services.
- Work towards weekly and monthly targets.
- Provide a positive onboarding experience for new members and customers.
- Review new applications and assess customer eligibility for memberships.
- Ensuring retention levels for members is kept high, and upselling other products and services where you can.
