We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our busy team.
As a Sales Executive you will help our customers find a car that suits their needs. Based in our fast moving Showroom you will be a hard working pro-active individual with a desire to work for one of the UKS largest independent Car Dealerships.
Key Tasks:
- To be the main contact between Rix Motors and our customers, helping to support them in their car buying journey from start to finish.
- Build a rapport with the customer to understand what they need.
- Take our customers through each stage of their car buying journey, including vehicle demonstrations, test drives and highlighting the features and benefits of each car.
- Utilise strong communication skills to close deals and secure customer commitment.
- Proactively making calls to customers daily.
- Provide excellent customer service to build long lasting relationships.
- Achieve and maintain appropriate compliance standards.
- Take responsibility to ensure the security and safety of the Showroom when moving keys and vehicles.
Experience:
- Ability to follow work procedures.
- Experience in a Sales related role within the industry is desirable.
- Great attention to detail and highly organised.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexible Attitude.
- A full UK driving license.
