Key responsibilities of the Financial Controller:
- Ensuring all financial reports are accurate, complete, and comply with accounting regulations
- Developing and managing the company's budget, monitoring actual spend against forecasts.
- Maintaining the company's cash flow levels, and forecasting future cash requirements.
- Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations
- Assisting in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
Key essentials of the Financial Controller:
- Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent leadership
