The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a leading player in their industry, who currently have an exciting opportunity for a commercially acute Finance Analyst to join their FP&A team. You will be based at their site in Kent, working a hybrid split of 1 day at home and 4 in the office.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in the day to day processing of the forecasting and reporting routines. You will support the team with accurate analysis whilst building strong working relationships with stakeholders.
The role will be varied and duties will include
- Quarterly rolling forecasts for business plans.
- Product costing and pricing
- Stakeholder Management.
- Line management and training of a Junior Business Partner.
- Review and analyse the P&L.
- Prepare and circulate daily and weekly performance trackers
So, what does the ideal candidate look like? You'll need to have a good understanding of Excel and be able to demonstrate efficient analytical and problem solving skills. You should ideally be in he latter end if your CIMA qualification.
Candidates who are in the process of completing their professional qualification will be given full study support.
The salary for the role is paying up to £50,000 depending on experience, plus a 10% bonus.
