About the role:

The O2C Manager is accountable for managing the order to cash team supporting one or more clusters. The team is responsible for credit control, claim and deductions management, billing, and cash collection.

This O2C manager will play a pivotal role in the deployment and embedding of the new ERP system and best in class Order to Cash (O2C) processes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the O2C function. Ensure that policies, procedures, and controls are implemented and followed.
  • Responsible and accountable in ensuring all O2C functional tasks are accurately completed to deadlines
  • Act as pivotal role for the deployment for the new ERP SAP 4HANA and ensuring that the new system is fit for purpose.

About you:

Applicants must have experience within a credit control environment. Knowledge of SAP is desirable, however applicant must have experience using Microsoft Excel. Strong planning and organising skills and the ability to meet deadlines is essential.

  • Significant previous experience in a similar O2C Management role that would include credit control, customer service, claim management, and billing
  • FMCG experience
  • Line management experience and high level of leadership skills
  • Delivering significant change in a highly controlled environment
  • Accounting experience
