- Identify and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's objectives
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance and engagement
- Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Support the recruitment process by conducting interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers
Skills and Attributes:
- Proven experience as a People Adviser or similar role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Due to the regional nature of this role, you will be home based but required to cover sites across the South West; North Somerset, Bournemouth and Cornwall so your own car and willingness to travel is essential.
