Due to the partnership between Hays and Coventry City Council, we are looking to recruit 3 Customer Service Advisors to join the Customer Service team. Coventry City Council are dedicated to making a positive difference to the services they deliver to the diverse citizens of Coventry. Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting any applications for a housing support fund. Furthermore, you will be signposting citizens to services that they may need to provide them with additional support. You will also be responsible for logging and updating any information on the support provided to citizens. Additionally, you will be building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
This role is a temporary full-time position where you will be in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience of working in a busy environment where you can prioritise your workload. In addition, you will need to demonstrate you have clear communication skills and are comfortable liaising with people at all different levels. It is also important to be able to use initiative and be able to problem-solve.
In addition, this role will be an start ASAP. Before starting, you will need to pass your reference and compliance checks. Upon registration, please have your 2 most recent employment details available for reference checks.
What you'll get in return
This is a full-time, temporary role based in Coventry. This is a three-month ongoing contract but may be open to extension. This role is a Grade 4 position, with a rate of £15.95 (PAYE), paid on a weekly basis.
