We're on the hunt for a dynamic Solicitor, with 2-3 years PQE in Employment Law, to join a successful, award-winning multi-practice law firm in their Dispute Resolution team.

What we're looking for:
- 2-3 years PQE Employment Law Solicitor
- Relevant academics
- Sound knowledge of UK employment laws and the desire to keep up-to-date with new legislation
- Ability to provide excellent quality legal advice and representation across a range of employment law work
- Ability to communicate complex issues and concepts to non-lawyers
- Experience in drafting and preparing legal documentation
- Excellent client care skills
- Solid negotiation skills
- Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally at all levels
- Business savvy mindset with the drive and skill to market the firm and generate new business
- Strong research capabilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong IT literacy including good working knowledge of MS Office
