Your new role
Working for a leading global consulting firm, you will be responsible for leading people deployment strategy and capacity management. You will liaise closely with the pipeline team to understand business needs as well as managing staffing capacity, approving leave and flex request and overseeing billable hours.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you can demonstrate your experience of working in Staffing/ Workforce planning for a leading consulting firm and demonstrate your understanding of the business model. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to influence and engage at a senior level. You will also have excellent organisational skills, being able to juggle multiple priorities as well as being a confident user of Excel and powerpoint for tracking. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 5 month duration, working in a hybrid manner for a minimum of 2 days per week in the central London office.
