About the Role
This position is part of the Sales team and focuses on engaging new accounts within a defined territory. The role involves leading the initial sales process, expanding into named accounts, and fostering long-term client relationships for significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales quotas for prospective accounts quarterly and yearly
- Engage in prospecting, outbound activities, and account development
- Use a consultative approach to build trust with clients
- Expand existing customer relationships by adding value
- Manage and forecast sales pipelines with accuracy
- Prioritize customer needs in relation to sales opportunities
- Build long-term customer partnerships
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or ConTech (required)
- Strong track record in B2B sales
- Skilled at stakeholder management and networking
- Ability to lead clients to full enterprise agreements
- Passionate about technology's impact on construction
- Thrives under pressure and meets targets
- Comfortable communicating with customers across various roles, cultures, and locations
