Junior Voice Engineer - Birmingham - £25,000
VIQU have partnered with a leading Managed Service Provider in the outskirts of Birmingham who are seeking a driven Junior Voice Engineer who is looking to excel their career.
The Junior Voice Engineer will play a part in supporting telephone systems using hosted VOIP and PBX.
Responsibilities of the Junior Voice Engineer:
- Provide a full range of telephony servicesin the general areas of telephony and its associated systems which include, physical PBXs and VoIP Telephony, Voicemail, Call Logging, IVR & Contact Ctr Solutions, Paging, Mobiles and Call Recording.
- Handle customer requests at a timley speed and with respect.
- Identify and resolve a range of telephony issues.
- Support the IT Team by carrying out any other duties when required.
Requirements of the Junior Voice Engineer:
- At least 1 year experience working with VOIP systems.
- Experience dealing with ticketing systems/handling customer requests.
- Driven individual who is looking to learn.
- Happy to be on site 5 days a week.
