  • Providing efficient administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
  • Managing and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Organising and coordinating meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and calls.
  • Liaising with clients and colleagues on a regular basis.
  • Upholding confidentiality and discretion at all times.
