Salary: maximum £42,000 + Commuting Expense up to Zone 6

Global IT company is looking for a Japanese speaking Business Management Assistant Manager.

Japanese Speaking Business Management Assistant Manager - Responsibilities:

  • Administration and monitoring of figures (budgeting PL/BS/CFand performance analysis), creation of annual forecasts, and reporting.
  • Administration, and monitoring of figures for the European block (budgeting and performance analysis), creation of annual forecasts, and reporting.
  • Support to formulate strategies based on company policies.
  • Support to create finance planning schedules
  • Reporting and handling inquiries to headquarters .
  • Reporting and handling inquiries to stakeholders.
  • Weekly aggregation and reporting of sales performance.
  • Preparation of materials for officer's meetings.
  • Maintain good communication with other departments, such as Finance, to drive management tasks forward.
  • Data editing and submission using the internal Finance system.
  • Provide data to other departments as needed.
  • Collecting information within the European bloc, compiling the collected information, and reporting to the head office
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from superiors.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular and requested reports to superiors and directors.
  • Arranging meetings/appointments/business trips with Senior Executives.
  • Completes expense reports and other paperwork

Japanese Speaking Business Management Assistant Manager - Requirements:

  • Familiarity with finance and accounting principles.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Excel(basic arithmetic operations, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, chart creation),Word, Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication skills / Fluent Japanese and English speaker
  • Ability to investigate and source answers to various email and telephony enquiries
  • Reliable time keeping and attendance
  • Strong time management/multi tasking & organisational skills
  • Accurate, organised and eye for detail
  • Logical thinking and strong sense of responsibility
  • Assistance with international assignments is beneficial
