Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on a fantastic opportunity for an IT support specialist to join a successful team, providing 2nd level application support. You will work with a mixture of vendors and internal users to ensure the smooth running of the systems and resolve any issues.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Check and monitor correct running and all applications and processes
- Investigate and resolve any issues, resolving high priority cases in a timely manner
- Provide training and guidance to the 1st line team
- Escalate any problems or areas to the 3rd line team
- Make improvements and implementing
This is a 6 month fixed term contract, offering between £500 - £550 per day, meaning this role sits outside of IR35. The head office is based in Central London and they currently work 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience working within CRM application support
- Experience working within the finance industry
- Knowledge of SWIFT messaging (ideal)
- Experience with Microsoft Server platform essential, SQL ideal
