Role: Marketing Assistant or Manager
Location: Brentford - Fully office based Monday to Friday 9-5pm (flexible)
Salary: Assistant (£25-28k), Exec with FMCG experience (£28-32k) Manager with FMCG experience (£35-40k)

About the role: This is a strategic, creative, and operational role, requiring strong executional skills and business acumen. You'll work with the franchisee & operations team and will be responsible for driving commercial growth and maintaining customer engagement. You'll achieve this through implementing and driving the business local store ATL & BTL marketing strategy as well as the regional brand strategy incorporating OOH, CRM, digital/social & text.
We're looking for a passionate self-starter with relevant experience in the food industry/FMCG Role & responsibilities include:
- You'll be a strategic thinker who can devise unified, long-term, and short-term marketing plans
- Co-ordinate and execute ATL & BTL cross-channel marketing campaigns (including creative) to drive business growth
- Understand brand standards and tone of voice to create and manage in-house marketing materials, POS, menus, new product launches and new store launches
- Results driven with ability to analyse and report on performance. Turn insights into recommendations to shape future growth activity
- Budget management & 3rd party contract negotiations You'll need to be willing to travel to store locations with some overnight stays so will need to be flexible in your working hours from time to time. A driving license and access to a car would be beneficial.
