My client is a reputable Legal 500 law firm actively seeking an experienced private client solicitor to join their team at their South West London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload encompassing various private client matters, including wills, power of attorney, trusts, probate, and tax advice.
- Contribute to the department's efforts in meeting performance targets.
- Maintain effective client communication and provide excellent client care.
- Oversee administrative support within the department.
- Engage in marketing and networking activities to promote the firm's services.
- Provide supervision and guidance to junior team members.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory procedures and compliance standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Solicitor with 5 years' PQE and a proven background as a solicitor or lawyer in the Private Client field.
- Demonstrate a high level of organisation, passion for their work, a strong commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
- Attend and represent the Firm at networking events.
- STEP qualification is desirable
