PA/Administrator

We're seeking a proactive and organised Temporary Personal Assistant / Administrator to support our client a well-established large global membership non-profit organisaion for a three-month period.

This is a hybrid working role, 2 days required in office based in central London, with travel expenses paid for and you will be required to use your own laptop for this assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
  • Create and update documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Greet and assist guests professionally.
  • Track actions and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Process expense reports according to company policies.
  • Conduct general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • Organise information and documents using Microsoft Teams.
  • Purge and reorganise the Teams environment, set up new folder structures, and manage files.
  • Communicate effectively with team members.
  • Provide ad hoc support to team members.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably as a Personal Assistant or Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong organisational and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
