We're seeking a proactive and organised Temporary Personal Assistant / Administrator to support our client a well-established large global membership non-profit organisaion for a three-month period.
This is a hybrid working role, 2 days required in office based in central London, with travel expenses paid for and you will be required to use your own laptop for this assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely meeting agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
- Create and update documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Greet and assist guests professionally.
- Track actions and follow up with stakeholders.
- Process expense reports according to company policies.
- Conduct general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Organise information and documents using Microsoft Teams.
- Purge and reorganise the Teams environment, set up new folder structures, and manage files.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Provide ad hoc support to team members.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably as a Personal Assistant or Administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong organisational and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
