My client is a fast-growing communications agency known for its tenacity, who provides marketing and PR services for a diverse range of brands, organisations and individuals.

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a organised and vibrant account manager to join their team. You will have the opportunity to work with some the country's most exciting brands and innovative start-ups through fully-integrated campaigns and cover events.

The role:

The Account Manager role is an integral part of the company's delivery, with the opportunity to work with some the country's most exciting brands and innovative start-ups. They don't just work in the UK though, but span the globe, and we're looking for a self-starter, who has proven account management experience within marketing.

In this role you'll work alongside Account Executives and Creatives and report directly to the Account Director. Account Manager responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, communicating about campaign progress and results.
  • You will work closely with your clients, taking briefs and delivering strategic communications plans to deliver on set KPIs.
  • Manage the execution of multi-platform marketing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Present post-campaign reports to clients and superiors, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for strategy improvement.
  • Manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments to define and align marketing campaign plans with desired outcomes.
  • Conduct competitor positioning analysis to understand market standing and develop effective positioning strategies.
  • You will also be entrusted to develop these client accounts, ultimately improving upon the relationships and supporting their long-term growth.
  • Assisting with and attending pitches.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Digital Marketing and 2 years in a management role.
  • Management experience and the ability to run a small team.
  • Experience managing clients in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in email marketing, social and digital ads (Social Media Ads, Search Ads etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of SEO.
  • Experience with marketing campaign tools such as HubSpot, SharpSpring, Ontraport, etc.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Content creation, proofreading and copy-editing skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
