Family Associate Solicitor or Legal Executive
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years PQE to join a well established Family team within a firm with offices in Hampshire and Salisbury.
The firm are exceptionally well managed and have built an enviable client base upon excellent client care and outstanding lawyers.
The role will see you to manage a varied case load of privately funded family matters which include divorce and separation, financial remedy, pre and post-nuptial agreements and child arrangements for a mid-high net worth client base. Typical disputes involve multiple properties, large pensions and business disputes. This is a senior role and will see you inherit a high quality caseload, whilst exploring opportunities to build upon the excellent brand of the firm to drive new business. Additionally you will be required to mentor and support junior members of the team.
To be successful you will be committed to excellent client care and have a commitment to the principles of resolution and preferably be a member. Most importantly you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in all matters relating to privately funded family work and in particular be able to demonstrate a history of working with HNW clients.
