Robert Walters Birmingham are actively hiring a number of roles across their Supply Chain and Engineering team to support their growth plans, from Associate Consultant level through Senior and Principal Consultant.

What will this position involve with Robert Walters?
- This opportunity is to join the Supply Chain & Engineering team overseeing the Midlands, South East and South West Regions
- A full 360 position, managing all aspects of the recruitment life cycle from candidate generation and sourcing to new business development.
- Work closely with our existing client base, maintaining strong relationships and growing our market presence.
- Seek out new business opportunities with this sector and expand our client base.
- You will work collaboratively with your Robert Walters colleagues and cross-sell business opportunities.
What are we looking for in the right candidate?
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 360-recruitment role.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering recruitment is highly desirable, but we are open to hearing from candidates with experience in other recruitment sectors.
- Strong commercial mindset
- A team-based and collaborative mindset is essential for success in this role.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills are required.
