The Opportunity:

As an Associate Paraplanner, you will be integral to maintaining the firm's high standards by providing critical administrative and technical support. This is an office-based position, ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
- Assist advisers with essential administrative and technical tasks
- Compile recommendation paperwork, including drafting suitability reports
- Conduct tax calculations such as Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax
- Prepare client valuations and gather investment/fund information
- Ensure accurate maintenance of client and research records in line with company policies
- Perform in-depth product research, analysis, and due diligence
- Communicate with clients, providers, and professional connections via phone and email
- Submit new business applications, monitor progress, and validate provider work
- Prepare documents for client meetings, ensuring everything is in place
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in an office environment with strong administrative skills
- An excellent telephone manner and great interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong written communication
- Sound numerical skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in IT, especially Office365 (Word, Excel, Teams)
- A working knowledge of investments, pensions, and tax
- Diploma-level qualifications are advantageous
- Familiarity with Intelligent Office, O&M, Selectapension, and provider systems is a plus
