We are currentlyhiring on behalf of an excellent SEN School that supports young people aged3-18 years. Working alongside these young people to enable them the best chanceto excel, academically and personally. The students may face a wide range ofcomplex needs. Such as; Autism or moderate to severe learning difficulties. Thevision for this school is to eradicate all barriers to success for thesechildren! Working alongside families, providing an exciting and engagingcurriculum that allows for varied learning, to inspire, develop confidence& enhance life chances! Your new role
In this role you willbe working closely with a class of 8-10 students that require additionalsupport; this can be for a range of behavioural, learning and/or physicaldisabilities. Providing these students with a personable, varied and excitinglearning experience that will engage & develop their skills!

With knowledge on thenational curriculum, providing high quality teaching that will engage andmotivate the students! We are looking for an individual that is passionateabout making a real change, a teacher that can implement different teachingstyles to adapt to an everchanging classroom. Your role is key in enablingthese young people to develop their educational and personal skills; you willbe supported by experienced Teaching Assistants that share the same passion;allowing students to really flourish, enjoy and get the most out of theirlearning environment.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking forsomeone that holds care and passion. An individual ready to make change and isready for a challenging and rewarding role.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. ECT's welcome to apply.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, SEN or relevant course.
  • Recent experience teaching, with SEN requirements.
  • Strong behaviour/classroom management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
