A fantastic opportunity for an R&D Test Engineer / Senior Test Technician has arisen at a Cambridge based cutting edge leading medical device development company whose innovative technology is reshaping the medical, life science and diagnostics sectors!
This role will see you join the Test team responsible for testing and verification of system prototypes, alongside hardware and software subsystems. You will play a crucial role within the company, helping to develop formal and informal verification activities.

R&D Test Engineer (Integration – System Prototype verification)
- Recent and relevant practical experience in integration testing of systems and isolated hardware and software subsystems, ideally within the medical devices arena, but this isn't a must have!
- Skilled in refining test procedures into formal verification protocols.
- Experienced in following established test and verification protocols to ensure proper documentation of results.
- Good basic understanding of electronic, software and mechanical systems.
- Provide guidance to help develop and implement system improvements.
- Experience in writing, editing, or addressing product requirements.
- Previous experience working with ISO13485 beneficial.
