Luton's market leading Estate Agent are recruiting for a highly motivated and ambitious person to fill the role of Lettings Administrator to join their busy Luton office. The ideal candidate must have previous experience dealing with lettings, and ideally experience in preparing tenancy agreements and legal notices.
You do not need a driving licence or own your own car for this role.
Salary package and benefits for the role of Lettings Administrator include:
- Basic £26,000
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
- 1 Saturday in 4 with a day off in lieu - five day working week

Key responsibilities for the role of Lettings Administrator include:
- Referencing
- Issuing tenancy agreements and serving compliance
- Right to rent checks
- Booking and arranging pre-tenancy works
- Arranging inventories
- Liaising with property managers to ensure pre-tenancy works are scheduled and carried out prior to move in
- Dealing with deposits
The skills and experience required for the role of Lettings Administrator include:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communicator
- Self-motivation as well as the ability and courtesy to work well in a team and be a team player
- Previous experience in a lettings administration role
- Ability to work well in a team
