Salary: £32-40,000 dependent on experience

The successful Architectural Technologist will have proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketch Up, with a range of project experience in the residential and commercial sectors and passionate about innovation and technical design.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- CIAT member ideally
- HND/HNC or degree in Architectural technology
- At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in a UK based Practice
- Proven record working on residential and commercial projects
- Job running experience is advantageous
- Passion for innovation and sustainable designs
- Be able to hit the ground running
- Working proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch UP and Lumion
- Experience working across the RIBA stages
- Great technical abilities
- Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities, and other professionals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Through knowledge of current building regulations
- Keen eye for detail
- Work well both in a team and independently
- Keen to input to company growth
- Full UK driving licence
- Live locally to the Loughborough area
