Health and Safety Administrator

to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities

  • Provide full administration support for the Health & Safety team, including documentation reviews, accommodation bookings as a Health and safety Administrator
  • Coordinating client delivery and team diary management is a key part of this role.
  • Be first point of contact for incoming enquiries, offering support where appropriate and directing the call and recording the details on the internal database as a Health and safety Administrator
  • To complete the sales administration process for both new and renewing clients.
  • To work closely with the wider operational and business acquisition teams and assist in the administration and formatting requirements as a Health and safety Administrator

Skills required

  • IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Previous CRM experience is essential.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Team player and able to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to prioritise and plan workload.
  • Well organised and able to multi-task.
