About the role
The firm's highly regarded Residential Property team acts for all of the top 10 housebuilders nationally, undertaking a broad mix of Residential Property and Development work.
Workflows will include:
- Drafting conveyancing paperwork
- Reviewing and report on title searches
- Pre-contract enquries
- Negotiating and exchanging contracts
- Completions
- Post completion matters
About the person
Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience gained in Residential Property matters. Candidates with less experience will also be considered as full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. This firm take training and development very seriously and is a great option for somebody who is looking to take a step up to a national firm.
