Interim Finance Partner – Costing Immedaitely Required
Our client, a well-respected public sector body in South Wales, is looking for a Finance Partner specialising in Costing and Value to come on board on a temporary basis until March 2025.
Location: South Wales (Open to Fully Remote working for the right candidate)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Length of Contract: March 31st 2025
Hourly Rate: £20.99 - £26.98 via Umbrella (DOE)

Day to Day Duties:
- Develop our NHS finance costing model for the trust Including:
- Expand the range of services and activities which we cost within our costing model/returns
- Work with services across the organisation to identify, validate and use activity information for costing
- Implement improvements and automation to our Microsoft Excel costing model and develop reporting mechanisms including dashboard reporting
- Support value work within the organisation including:
- Develop value analysis of the trusts services
- Undertaking benchmarking and using benchmarking information to drive forward improvement
- Creation of value projects database
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication skills dealing with a range of services across the organisation
- Strong technical finance and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- NHS costing experience
- Benchmarking experience
Desirable skills:
- Power BI skills (desirable but not essential)
